Dog Rising comes together like a polyphony of pulsating bodies. Clara Furey turns her attention to the way sound vibrations penetrate the bones, the way our skeletons absorb shocks.
She erects an architecture of pleasure. The trio is fed by empathy and acute attention to the needs of the bodies. Through their tireless movement work, tensions are released in the endless repetition of cyclical gestures. It invites us to embark on an extreme journey, a mesmerising, haunting, and penetrating spiral.
“Dog Rising is an emotional outlet that allows spectators to relate to the bodies in performance that overwhelms their minds.” Mégane Desrosiers
Suitable for all.
This event is priced as “Pay What You Can” with a guided suggestion of £8.
